by AMERICAN BRIDLE BIT

ALL OF OUR BITS FEATURE AN ADJUSTABLE WIDTH,  IT'S LIKE HAVE A CUSTOM MADE BIT FOR YOUR HORSE (S)

ALL OUR BITS COME WITH A "30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND A LIFE-TIME WARRANTY

The most comfortable, humane and effective bits in the world are designed and made by AMERICAN BRIDLE BIT.

If you prefer a more conventional looking bit but want all the comfort and benefits of our Patented
Adjustable Width, Self Aligning Port ,
Independently Swiveling Shanks and Bridle Rings.....Changeable  Leverage
and other unique features...then
This is the bit for you.

The unique design and adjustability makes this the most comfortable bit your horse can wear !  It's like having  a custom made bit for every horse.
We've considered every detail when it comes to the horse's comfort. Right down to our flatted bridle rings which prevents the bit from flopping in the horse's mouth when being  led or walked on a long loose rein.

The "EZ Rider" Curb bit meets all horse show association rules.

Simply the Best curb bit available anywhere !

Our Adjustable Width permits a perfect fit to any horse. Our standard port will adjust from 4 1/2" thru 5 3/8"  We also have optional extended widths available for larger horses.

Our Self-Aligning Port allows the horse to put the port in the position most comfortable forthat particular horse, and there is never any tongue or palate pressure applied by any of our bits. Pressure is only applied to the bars where it belongs.
It also has a  pacifier action to settle nervous horses.

  Our bridle rings and shanks
swivel independently
so the bridle ring is never pushed into the side of the horse's face when turning or bending the horse.

Shock Absorbing Cushioned Shanks  remove the solid bumping of the horse's mouth of an out of rhythm rider.

Many people believe it is the shank length only that determines the harshness of a bit.
In reality it is the differential of the purchase length ( the distance from the center line of the mouth piece to where the bridle attaches ) and the shank length ( the distance from the center line mouth piece to where the reins attach )
that determines the severity of a bit....  i.e. a purchase length of  2" and a shank length of 6" equals a leverage factor of 3:1 .  In other words for every 1 pound of pressure applied to the reins the horse will feel 3 pounds of pressure....  >

 The Unique Features of our "EZ Rider" bit include;

*Adjustable Width

Provides a Perfect Fit to your particular horse. The width is changed by simply rating the port. Our standard mouth piece easily adjusts from 4 1/2" thru  5 3/8" for a perfect fit to any horse. ( Width is changed without tools and in full tack ). We also have  optional extended width ports available for larger horses. Our design does Not allow the horse to rotate the port to change the width.  It can only be changed
when the bit is out of the horse's mouth.

* Comfortable,  Shock Absorbing Custioned Shanks
A close up of our unique cushioned shank is pictured here     >>>>>>>>
This feature eliminates the shock of initial contact as well as the constant bumping of the horse's mouth
by an out of rhythm rider........
(Optional solid shanks are available )

    *Self-Alinging Port
provides the horse with maximum comfort and safety. No need to guess if the horse likes a high or  low port. The horse will automatically position our port where it is the most comfortable for that particular horse.    > CLICK HERE TO SEE PORT OPTIONS <
*Changeable Leverage
A
llows you to match the rider's ability to the horse's needs. The leverage can be increased by simply inverting the cheek pieces. The overall lenght is not changed. No tools are required to change the leverage on our "EZ Rider" bridle bit.
*Independent swiveling bridle rings and shanks.

Our bridle rings will automatically conform to the shape of the horse's head. The shanks are not attached to the bridle rings so they will not be forced into the side of the horse's face when the pull is to the side during turning, flexing or bending the horse.
*Never Pinch Design.

Our bits will never develop pinch gaps - no matter how much they are used or how old the bit gets.
*Anti-tangle rein rings.
Our rein rings swivel so your reins can't loop over the shank and get tangled.

*Built to last,

We back this up with a Life-Time warranty !
Made from the highest grade stainless steel - which means minimum maintainence. We've also added 8% copper to our mouth pieces to insure a soft and moist mouth. All our joints are "O" ring sealed to insure clean and smooth operation under all conditions.

Our Bridle Bits eliminate the painful nut-cracker action of traditional snaffle  or broken mouth piece bits.
The unique adjustable width and floating port provide a comfortable fit while the firm but gentle pressure applied by our "One Hander", "EZ Rider" , "Freedom Rider "and "Ringmaster" bits
allow the horse to pay attention to YOU....... NOT THE PAIN.
With a conventional bit, the port is in a fixed position, which is uncomfortable for many horses. When a conventional bit over-rotates the port applies pressure on the horse's tongue, sometimes to the point of cutting it.
Some conventional bits, including snaffle or broken mouthpiece bits, also apply pressure to the palate of the horse's mouth. This can be uncomfortable for the horse and cause the mouth gaping, which we've all seen.
All broken or jointed mouthpiece bits use a mechanical Nut-Cracker action which is totally unfair to the horse!

Since we do not use a fixed position port, there is never any pressure applied to the horse's tongue or palate.
You DO have more control with correct pressure then with excessive pressure  !
